We challenge you to think of the best version of yourself and have your ZA achieve that for you. Our goal, after all, is to save you time and allow you to focus on the tasks that require your expertise.
Whether you’re new to delegation or an old pro, these tips will help you out!
Send your to-do list to your assistant! It’s a great way to get the ball rolling on open tasks and better understand what you can accomplish together
Set up a weekly or bi-weekly phone call to deliver constructive feedback, review upcoming projects, and brainstorm new ideas.
If you have repetitive tasking or want to train your assistant on a new program, consider creating a screencast of yourself performing the task once. Send the video to your ZA and let her take it from there!
Give priority levels and due dates on tasking.
If you’re ever feeling stuck, you or your assistant can get in touch with your Client Success Manager to setup a Delegation Kickstart. In the 15-20 minute call, you’ll explore the full range of tasks your assistant can take care of for you. Together, you’ll identify ways to immediately utilize Zirtual services and your CSM will follow-up with a personalized action plan.
