As a relationship-based service, we can’t guarantee your assistant will have all the desired qualities or skills that you requested in the form, but we will do our very best to pair you with the person who best matches your needs!
Your dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) will introduce you to your assistant through email so you can set up an introductory call to review your preferences, to-do list, and tasks. Your Zirtual assistant is your go-to for frontline support and will handle any tasking you send over.
Your Client Success Manager is here to ensure you’re having an excellent Zirtual experience. She’ll monitor your membership and reach out to ensure you’re getting the best support possible. If you have special requests, questions, or praise about your service—reach out to your CSM!
